Come try twelve different varieties of beer from two prominent regional breweries! Davidson Brothers Brewing Company and The Olde Saratoga Brewing Company will be providing the beer, while the talented chefs of The Waters Edge Lighthouse will be preparing the meals.
On the Menu:
- Pork Station: Pork Loin sliced to order or two choices of Pulled Pork.
- Pasta Station: Penne a la Vodka, Rotini with Pesto Sauce, Orecchiette with sauce.
- Sampler Station: Imported Cheeses & Meats, Bread, Crackers, Beer Chili, Fondue, Pate.
- Make Your Own S’mores for dessert!
