orth Pearl Street will be closed from Pine Street to Sheridan Avenue for the first ever “open air” car show in Albany on Saturday, October 15th,. The event will showcase automobiles and motorcycles from the 50s, 60s and 70s. The show is being organized by the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District and the Saratoga Automobile Museum, and will be held rain or shine.

. Vehicles and motorcycles can be pre-registered for $10, or you can register the day of the event for $15.
In addition to the car show, retailers and restaurants will be open during the event, and are planning on having sales and specials. Music will be provided by the downtown restaurants and pubs. Downtown Albany Restaurant Week (10/13 – 10/21) is also going on this weekend, offering some fantastic dining options after the show.
