Mazzone Hospitality has added 90 State Events, a gorgeous new venue, to their robust list of settings for local weddings. Did I say weddings? I meant to say special events…
Of course, with 90 State’s marble interior, Art Deco ambiance, and mezzanine overlooking the ballroom, I can’t help but imagine a happy bride and groom dancing the night away under the 50 foot ceilings…but now I’m getting carried away.
90 State Events is located in an historic National Bank building leased by the Harmony Group (home to the Lofts at Harmony Mills luxury apartments). The lush venue retains much of its original marble, the incredible bank vault, and boasts ornate vintage architecture. Mazzone has renovated the unique building to include a kitchen to service dinner for 300 guests and cocktails for over 400. Are you dreaming up a gorgeous wedding too?
The timeless building’s Art Deco style is right on trend for the upcoming season. The Roaring 1920’s and have recently become the “it” decade in America. With the recent release of “The Great Gatsby” film starring Leonardo DiCaprio and the hit HBO show “Boardwalk Empire,” the lush, loose, and glamorous decade has become the latest craze.
90 State Events is perfect for 1920’s themed events like the Albany Center Gallery’s upcoming party, the Speakeasy Gala. But you don’t have to host a costume party to enjoy 90 State’s 14,000 luxurious square feet. The timeless building is modern while retaining its classic architecture, so any event or fundraiser will be suited for the new local venue.
Mazzone also operates another beautiful vintage bank venue, the 11 North Pearl Event Centre. This smaller location does not have an on-site kitchen, but offers the same timeless experience and decadent food for smaller groups. Overall, the group exclusively caters events at six venues throughout the capital region and can be booked for other venues.
