Sound crazy? It’s true! miSci has announced their new summer planetarium schedule featuring shows every hour, every day, all summer long starting on June 24th. Check out the schedule:
miSci is offering the following planetarium show schedule everyday this summer! All shows will include a look at the current night sky and the latest in astronomy news. Please note that the shows begin at 1:00 pm on Sundays.
10:00 am & 1:00 pm Little Wonders Star Show
Discover the wonders of space and the night sky at this introductory planetarium show designed with little ones in mind.
11:00 am & 2:00 pm We Choose Space
Explore the universe by taking a trip to the International Space Station! Learn about real adventures and human spaceflight.
12:00 pm & 4:00 pm Earth’s Wild Ride
Discover erupting volcanoes, crashing asteroids, electrifying lightning, and more! Learn more about the ice age, eclipses and more on a roller coaster-esque ride through different scenery.
3:00 pm Night of the Swan
Celebrate the season of summer and explore Cygnus, a constellation resembling a swan that’s visible in the summer night sky. This fun and informative exploration of stars, planets and constellations that are present during the summer is a great way to learn more about astronomy.
Sound like a perfect way to spend the day? It does to us! Admission to MiSci is $6.50 for children aged three through twelve, $8 for seniors and $9.50 for adults. There is a charge of $5 for the planetarium shows.
