Back in April, I wrote about the state law change that would need to be made in order for ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to come to Upstate New York. Unfortunately for supporters of the proposal, the state legislature in Albany ended its most recent session without passing the bill.
In the spring, we polled our readers to see how they felt about Uber. As of the writing of this article, 78% of readers said they would use the ride-sharing service if it came to the Capital Region.
