Awakening of Rip Van Winkle Festival – Saturday, June 22
Take a drive to Catskill this Saturday and experience a day of music, art, and festivities at the Awakening of Rip Van Winkle Festival. The event will take place on Main Street and at Dutchman’s Landing Park and include fun for the whole family. Celebrate the 200th birthday of the community’s most famous resident, Rip Van Winkle.
Juneteenth: A South Pearl Street Festival – Saturday, June 22
Visit South Pearl Street in Albany on Saturday and celebrate Juneteenth with the local community. The annual festival will run from 12:00pm-5:00pm and feature vendors, music and performances, and more along the street. There will also be open houses at three locations: African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region, Coliseum Mall, and Root3d.

On Friday night, Christ’s Church Albany will co-present a free movie under the stars at The College of Saint Rose in Albany. Friday’s film will be Mary Poppins Returns, and the event will kick off at 7:30pm with live music and family activities.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream – Friday, June 21 – Sunday, June 23
