Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady will host their 2019 Harbor Jam Concert Series starting this Saturday. Join them for a concert by progressive rock band Ambrosia at the Mohawk Harbor Amphitheater. Admission is free, and the show will happen rain or shine.
Take a trip to Basilica Hudson and experience a day of vibrant and original music on a technicolor stage. Oldtone Productions has teamed up with Basilica Hudson to present the third Supertone Music Festival featuring EX HEX, The Felice Brothers, El Front, Wild Leek River, and many more bands and artists.
The Powers Park Concert Series in Troy kicks off this weekend with a performance by the area’s own Moriah Formica. The concert will take place from 6:00pm-8:30pm at Powers Park.
Freedom Park Summer Concert Series – Saturday, July 6 & Sunday, July 7
The 2019 Freedom Park Summer Concert Series continues this weekend with two more concerts. Don’t miss Watch Reggie Run perform on Saturday night and Totally Pitchin’ and Electric City Chorus perform on Sunday night.
The Park Playhouse is currently presenting In the Heights, the first hit Broadway musical by Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, at their performing arts venue in Washington Park. The musical is a uniquely American story about what it means to be home. This week’s performances will take place from Tuesday through Saturday at 8:00pm.

Enjoy a free movie under stars at the SUNY System Administration Building in Albany this Friday. Presented by Christ’s Church Albany, Friday’s movie will be Captain Marvel.
Visit Amsterdam this Saturday for their Independence Day Fest featuring live entertainment, activities, fireworks, and more at Riverlink Park and the Mohawk Valley Gateway Overlook Bridge. Everyone is welcome to attend this 4th of July weekend celebration.
The Tri-City ValleyCats are taking on the Brooklyn Cyclones during a Sunday evening game at The Joe in Troy. As part of the team’s Sunday Funday festivities, there will be a variety of family-friendly activities before and after the game.
Thinking about a trip to Saratoga Springs? The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) Saratoga Summer Trolley is back and will operate seven days a week from July 1 through Labor Day (11:00am-11:15pm). The trolley service is free.
