Capital Roots 23rd Annual Garden Bowl | Saturday, January 25
The 23rd Annual Garden Bowl at Uncle Sam Lanes in Troy will raise funds for Capital Roots’ fresh food access and urban greening programs. This winter bowling extravaganza will feature winning prizes from over 50 local businesses for high scores, highest fundraising amount, and more.
TomFest is a celebration of the life of local artist and musician Tom D’Ambrose, and it will be held at The Hangar on the Hudson in Troy. Tom’s artwork will be on display, and the festival will have live music from Circle of Willis, Double B and the Drive-By Jazz Band, The Lustre Kings w/ Erin Harkes, and many others. Admission is a $10 suggested donation to benefit the Albany Center Gallery and the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
