Parking
There are numerous parking lots and garages for Albany Medical Center. Visitor parking can be found in the following locations:
- Visitors are encouraged to park in Levels 1 & 2 of the AMC Garage (connects to the hospital via a Pedestrian Bridge) . Free parking is provided for inpatients in the AMC Garage on the day of admission and discharge. Parking rates for visitors are posted at the garage entrances. Handicapped parking is also available within the garage.
- Neuroscience Patients can park in the Yellow Lot which is located off of Myrtle Avenue, between S Lake Ave, and Robin St.
- The Blue Lot, located on New Scotland Avenue and S Lake Avenue, offers outpatient parking. Handicapped parking is available in this parking lot.
- Free valet parking can be found right next to the Blue Lot, as well as outside the D Building - located in the corner of Albany Medical Center, between Myrtle Ave and New Scotland Avenue.
