SCHENECTADY NY — The 18th Annual Kids' Arts Festival returns to Jay Street on June 1, 2013 with 2 entertainment stages, fun-filled performances and over 25 FREE, hands-on arts activities for pre-school and young school age children to enjoy!
Your kids are sure to love the live entertainment, including puppets, music, dancing and wandering street performers throughout the day.
