Rain becomes steady tonight and may be heavy through Thursday... __________________________________________________
An area of low pressure off the coast of Maryland and another low off the coast of New England will merge later tonight into a nor'easter. Steady rain will move into the area later this evening. It will be breezy to occasionally windy tonight and Thursday, especially in the higher terrain. An inch or two of rain will be possible in spots though the end of the week.
The system will slowly move away on Friday with drier weather moving in for the weekend. However, another weak system will pass by later on Saturday into Saturday night giving us the chance of a passing shower. It will be windy and cooler Sunday before a warm-up starts early next week. _____________________________________________________
