Sat, 18 May 2013 20:50:00 EDT Here is the latest Storm Tracker Forecast from Meteorologist Andy Gregorio
Some warmth heading our way but unsettled weather at times, too
=====================
An area of high pressure will linger to our northeast and east through early next week while at the same time a warm front to our west through south will SLOWLY head our way. This will result in a rather somewhat cloudy period of weather through early next week. As the warm front creeps towards us it will also cause some showery spells, too.
Timing WHEN the front moves by us is the forecast challenge; when it finally goes by we'll see some late May warmth moving in - this will probably occur for Monday and Tuesday afternoon. In addition to the warmth add a bit of mugginess to the air as well. All this said even with the warm air getting here these afternoons and evenings could feature some scattered showers and storms.
Expect a bit more clouds on Wednesday with some more scattered showers and thunder. Right now the best chance for more widespread showers and storms will be come Thursday in advance of an approaching cold front. This front will pass through on Friday and by late Friday through next weekend expect another shot of VERY COOL air.
