Another Chipotle Mexican Grill opens in Albany NY. This one is planned to open in Stuyvesant Plaza by August of 2010.
That will be the fourth location in the Capital Region for Chipotle, with a fifth location in the pipeline, as well, which would be opening in December of 2010 on Wolf Road, in Colonie. Chipotle will occupy the space where Different Drummer's Kitchen used to be in Stuyvesant Plaza.
The Chipotle chain prides itself on fresh ingredients and humanely-raised meats, serving burritos, tacos, ect. They have about 1,000 stores nationwide.
