Save the date for the Town of Clifton Park Winterfest 2026, a town-wide celebration of winter taking place on Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7, 2026.

This annual event features activities at several locations across the community, including the Clifton Park Center Mall, Bowman Orchards, Barney Road Pond, the Clifton Park Halfmoon Public Library, Riverview Orchards, Robinson Ace Hardware, and the Vischer Ferry General Store.

Attendees can look forward to a variety of seasonal favorites, such as:

• Winterfest Kickoff: Park at Dark (Friday, Feb 6, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Town Center Park)

  • Activities: Bonfires, s'mores, music, and horse-drawn carriage rides.

  • Food & Drink: Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck and Kettle Corn NYC.

• Clifton Park Center Mall Activities (Saturday, Feb 7, 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

  • Outhouse Races and Skillet Toss: Starting at 12:00 p.m..

  • Touch-a-Truck: Available from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m..

  • Taste of Clifton Park Soup Contest: The beloved competition runs from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m..

• Outdoor and Farm Fun (Saturday, Feb 7)

  • Riverview Orchards (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.): Sledding, carriage rides, bonfires, and sweet treats.

  • Bowman Orchards (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.): Ice skating, cross-country skiing, and hot cocoa.

  • Winterfest Walk: A guided trail hike beginning at 9:30 a.m..

• Community Experiences (Saturday, Feb 7)

  • Robinson Ace Hardware (11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.): Featuring a scavenger hunt, DIY birdfeeders, and a BBQ tasting station.

  • Public Library (10:00 a.m.): Winter-themed story time, crafts, and hot cocoa.

  • Vischer Ferry General Store (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.): Live owls from Silent Wings and the Holy Crepe Food Truck.

  • Heritage Square (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.): Tours and exhibits of antique Valentine cards and historic photographs.
