Pasqualina’s Restaurant has opened their doors to the public. On May 1, the restaurant had a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Chamber of Schenectady County.
Pasqualina’s offers a full-service Italian style menu that is high-quality and affordable. Their menu items are inspired by authentic family recipes.
The restaurant is owned by Patricia Cognetta and has been a lifetime goal for her to open this establishment. She has spent her life working in restaurants, learning from her parents and grandparents who were also restauranteurs. The name of the restaurant comes from her grandmother’s first name.
Pasqualina’s is located at 1733 Van Vranken Avenue, Schenectady and is open Tuesday – Sunday from 3 – 10 p.m.
