On Tuesdays and Thursdays from February 1 – April 28, the free Fitness at the Plaza series presented by Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York will take place at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center. These fitness classes are open to everyone, but participants must provide proof of vaccination status along with proper identification or proof of a negative test within the 48 hours prior to each class.
In addition, there will be a Black History Month Celebration on February 2 at the Empire State Plaza South Concourse. The celebration will run from 10:00am-2:00pm and include a craft show, delicious soul food, and a performance by jazz pianist Sharp Radway. Admission is free.
