Do not make the mistake I made and have these guys do your countertop, you WILL regret it. Not only did they push back the install date 3 TIMES, they were 2 hours late on the day they finally did come to install it, the countertops did not even come close to fitting properly, and the installers insisted on installing it anyways. They seemed very rushed to get the job done, did a sloppy job, and when I called their office I complained both to Ed who I guess is their countertop manager and Alan the owner/operator who were both condescending and rude and refused to send out a crew to fix their mistakes. Not good people to do business with and I would highly NOT recommend them to anyone else.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I'm upgrading my bathroom and I'm a do it yourselfer, anyways I went to solid surface to look at slabs and upon asking a few simple inital questions was met with a sense of "what are you doing wasting my time" from the girl in the front. Then when I asked to look at slabs, she couldn't have been happier to push me off on the worker in the back, a stringy bald guy named eddy who seemed to know next to nothing about granite despite having "worked in the industry for more than 20 years." Every question I asked was met with a scoff, sneer, or snyde smug remark instead of an actual answer. How dare I do my own project, they are the "professionals" and no one else can do what they do. I got pretty sick of being talked down to simply because I wanted to spend my money with them, so I ended up giving that privilege to granite and marble works off exit 16, who were very helpful and professional, should have gone there first! To sum things up, if you like being talked down to and treated like a 4 year old, enjoy your experience at solid surface, but if you like being treated like an adult and getting answers to your questions maybe another company would be a better fit for you.
