The customer service is outstanding! Matt helped from the minute we walked in. Completely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful.

Dez is an exemplary rep. I came to the store with a very complicated request. She listened to my concern, was very knowledgeable about all topics and was able to resolve the issues accurately and timely. I cannot thank her enough. This is one of a kind service. I only wish Spectrum had more staff like that; but then again, she's one of a kind. I know she was training other staff. I hope they (and Spectrum) realize what a gem of an employee and a human being she is. Dez, thank you very much!
