I came to colonie center spectrum with a list of issues regarding my mothers home cable/telephone etc. I thought my issues were resolved at the Latham store however they were more of a mess than before. . John Kruppenbacher was so knowledgeable and professional to work with . He went above and beyond to make sure my moms phone issues and cable were resolved . John K needs to be recognized at Spectrum for a job well done . I am one satisfied customer ! If you want great service __see John K. Thank u John!
My sister and I had such exceptional service from Elliott C. Yesterday at the Albany store..
Elliott spent a great deal of time helping us with my sisters mobile phone. His patience, personality and professionalism were incredible.
He even went to the back room to get my sister a chair since standing was becoming difficult.
Employees like Elliott should be recognized and rewarded.

Had great service with my spectrum bill an was resolved by Jeremy, very professional and explained all an happy to do business with spectrum.
They are very respectful, they value everybody's time, the same way. This store always has a lot of people bring back equipment, signing up for an account, buying phones. This store is always busy but they call people in order. These workers are very helpful, I got my equipment from here when I lived in albany, and I would only go to them for my equipment when I sign back up.
I waited "on hold" for more than 18 minutes to find out what was the closest entrance at Colonie Center. Nobody EVER picked up the phone to help me. Only reason I was "holding" was that they said 7 minutes. I could handle that wait time. After hearing "we know your time is very valuable for the 19th time, I broke down in tears." How disrespectful can you be to your disabled snd/or elderly customers who have to carry heavy equipment? Furious, frustrated Spectrum customer.
