A New Leash on Life 5k Cross Country Run/Walk

Calling all runners, animal lovers, and dog walkers! The Schenectady County SPCA 5k Cross Country Run/Walk is one of the only events in the Capital District where you can run alongside man's best friend.  Enjoy the beautiful grounds of the Mabee Farm Historic site along the Mohawk River as you run or walk.  All well-behaved pups are welcome, and this site is perfect for our furry friends - no paved areas!  100% of the fees go directly to help our volunteer humane law enforcement officers investigate animal abuse/neglect cases and helps care for any animals removed from unsafe environments. The Schenectady County SPCA  is not funded by any government entity or the ASPCA.
