Exploring Early Albany |
Ages 9-12 July 16 - July 18 9AM-12PM $80 non-members $65 members
Ages 6-8 July 19th 9AM-12PM $25 non-members $20 members
The early Dutch settlers of Albany were inspired by different cultures in the 1600’s. Join us as we explore how Chinese ceramics, English customs, and contact with Native Americans helped create a unique Albany identity. This week we will make our own decorative tiles using clay, create our own family crests with paint, and make our own silver trade tokens.
