Job Summary
We are on the lookout for an energetic and personable Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our brand, engaging with customers, sharing our story, and driving sales through authentic interactions. Responsibilities

Represent Adirondack Winery & Extreme Heights Cidery at various events, festivals, and promotional activities to increase awareness and engagement. Events can range from short wine tastings at local fundraisers to overnight two-day festivals at locations up to 6 hours drive away.
Samples our wines and ciders with knowledge in an engaging way that results in sales.
Collect customer data during events to support marketing efforts and build a loyal customer base.
Create beautiful displays and feature promotional materials and capture photos of displays and guests enjoying their experience.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering samples, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to promote products confidently and professionally.
Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales (wine a plus but not required, we train!), food service, event marketing, or sales is preferred but not required; being outgoing and enthusiastic is key!
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking or product demos.
Customer service experience with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings during events or promotions.

Pay:
$16/hr + sales incentives
When driving your own vehicle, mileage is reimbursed
Hotel stays provided for overnights with meal stipend.

Schedule:
We are flexible! Tell us when you can work and we will do our best to acommodate! This job is a great "Side Gig" for someone who can work Saturdays and Sundays, some thursday/friday evenings.
