The first annual open air car show in downtown Albany is slated for Saturday, October 15 beginning at 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Come enjoy classic and modern cars and motorcycles, featuring vehicles from the 50s, 60s and 70s. Rekindle memories of times past and reconnect with cars and motorcycles that many have admired for decades.
North Pearl Street will be closed from Pine Street to Sheridan Avenue to create a safe exhibition and judging area for the show.
Downtown retailers will be open, a balloon artist will be on-hand and Devil Dawg is scheduled to make an appearance during the event. Put on by the BID and the Saratoga Automobile Museum, an award ceremony is planned for roughly 3:30 PM in the afternoon.
The show is free for spectators.
NOTE: The Downtown Albany Restaurant Week will overlap this event, providing great post-show dining options!
