TRY FOR FREE! Tri-City BMX will be holding an open house. If you have ever wanted to try bmx racing this is the day. BMX racing to open to boys and girls of ALL ages. Feel free to bring your bike (most styles of bikes are allowed on the track after safety inspection)or borrow one of ours. Bring long pants, long shirt, and closed toe shoes. Helmets are available. BMX is fun for individuals or the whole family. Hope to see you there!

JP Honsinger, 11 year old boy from Clifton Park was diagnosed with Niemann Pick Type C disease, a rare neurodegenerative disease also known as childhood Alzheimer's. His school is sponsoring this great event with live music from Poncho (Roy Hurd). Poncho is a performer from the Adirondacks.

This kid-friendly musical discusses the common problem that kids have with eating their veggies; a boy will do anything to avoid eating his peas and does the unthinkable when a monster makes him an offer he cannot refuse. Registration for our Spring 2014 Session open February 23rd! Lessons will run on Sundays at the College of St. Rose pool during the months of March and April. Offering a variety of lessons to fit your child's needs when it comes to learning how to swim. Lessons run in 30 minute time blocks, 1 time per week on the weekends. Classes are taught by experienced swimmers, with class sizes never exceeding 4 students per 1 instructor. Lessons are held at the College of St. Rose. With small classes, your child is guaranteed to have a great experience and enjoy the process of learning to swim!

Ye gods! Over the course of six two-hour-long sessions, we will develop an introductory knowledge of art-creation and architecture in Southern Europe circa 1000-400 BCE. Throughout the program, the writing of art history will be explored and questioned. Works will be discussed in their historical contexts, and the development of different formal approaches to representing the human body, concepts of divinity, and the spaces that each inhabits will be examined.
