Located in Albany, NY, Movefitnessbylenny was founded in 2015 as a place that could help others looking to live a healthy life and make people happy through dance and fitness. The owner, Lenny, is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor with over 15 years of experience leading group exercise and fitness classes. His goal is to make exercise a part of everyone's life and accessible for all levels of experience.

Dance Instruction & Events
If you're interested in professional dance instruction, Movefitnessbylenny offers private, couples, and small and large group Latin dance lessons including salsa, and traditional and sensual bachata.
Capital Salsa and Bachata Latin Dance socials are also hosted at Movefitnessbylenny almost every Friday for Viva Bachata and the Bachata Room and Saturdays Salsateca twice a month. The vibe is club style, romantic, lively, and fun. The best Latin dance instructors start the events off with a lesson at 8:30pm and Latin music is spun by the top Latin DJs. Tunes include bachata, salsa, merengue, cha-cha, Kizomba, Zouk, and reggaeton. This is the best Latin Club in the Capital Region and attendees come from all around the area. The crowd is always friendly, and people of all dance levels will feel comfortable, and a partner isn’t necessary but all are welcome!
