BEWARE!!!! I had to come here with my 7 kids for a business/personal trip to be closer to my job since we live over an HOUR away. I booked through priceline & got 2 rooms & am currently still a guest in 1 room as of right now (not because I want to be TRUST ME) but it would be too hard to relocate to another venue. Anyway the rooms are OK. Its a non-smoking hotel yet smells like a cigarette factory every morning & my kids have asthma and medical issues which it caused problems. The staff are rude as hell and the manager Laura does NOT care about any of the guests. All the facilities are closed due to covid and poor staffing, you receive what used to be a nice breakfast in a paper bag they literally gave my kids bagels & candy the other day, the pool is somewhat warm but small so lots of people theres no social distancing and barely anyone wears a mask. Half the time the ice machine is out of ice, there's not garbage bags you have to provide your own, no one asks if you need anything the customer service is horrendous, theres no place to really hang out outside so the kids were riding bikes and playing kickball in the parking lot which is pretty much empty and my 17 month old found a heroin needle (which my partner got gloves & disposed of) when brought to the managers attention and requesting some kind of incentive to stay she had the audacity to say watch your child better HELLO what the hell do you think I was doing thats why we made it safe not the hotel they could've cared less, they also have a bad reputation for drug use because colonie police department is patrolling their parking lots on a regular basis and harassing the guests who are just minding their own business. The owner said this is not acceptable but the manager basically made it clear she doesn't care (Laura) and she can't do anything to help. Its basically a cheap run down option if theres nothing else available and id give ZERO stars for all aspects of the stay except the pricing through priceline and the pool option. I will most likely NEVER stay here again and NEVER recommend this place especially because their management sucks and is beyond rude. Needs a job not pertaining to people!
