About this event

Join us for Community at Coray, a special night of small plates, specialty drinks and interesting conversation at Coray Kitchen. Each season, we will host an interactive experience in collaboration with local partners, focused on a variety of topics that matter to us and the community.

Our first dinner on Monday, April 29th (5:30-7:30) will be hosted by BWB - a holistic branding agency, and will explore art, beauty, and intentionality in design, and how it impacts our experience of food. Edible flowers will be featured as our main inspiration.

Chef Javier will prepare a range of unique edible flowers fresh from Nine Mile Farm in cocktails, mocktails, and small bites. BWB will facilitate conversation and guide each guest into deeper relationship with the ingredients on the plate. Guests will also be invited to get creative and explore their inner food stylist.

If you have been in the dining room lately, you already have experienced the impact that fresh flowers can have on your overall mood and dining experience. We invite you to join us to learn more.

A cocktail reception for networking and community building will be held from 5:30-6. The event starts promptly at 6pm.

Each event tickets includes:

  • one cocktail/mocktail

  • three small bites

Tickets are $75 and can be purchased.
