Albany Last Run 5K

The City of Albany's 17th Annual Last Run - December 14, 2013

ALBANY NY – Be a part of Albany's best winter run on Saturday, December 14, 2013. The Last Run kicks off at 5:00 pm and weaves through downtown Albany, including through Capital Holiday Lights in Washington Park. Last Run is a great race for runners of all ages and levels. The race ends with a great post party with awards, prizes and fireworks!

The race starts in front of the Judicial building on State Street, then heads up State St. into Washington Park, through the park, returning back down State Street to end in front of the Verizon building.

Awards will be given out to the 1st place male and female runner, as well as the top three male and female finishers in each of the following age categories: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ and middle of the pack.

The post-race party for all registered runners takes place at the Empire State Plaza at the base of the Egg, featuring age-based divisional awards and random prize drawings

Registration is $20 before November 25th, then $25 until December 14. Day-of race registration is $30.

If you want to participate in Albany's Last Run 5K, we advise you to register as early as possible. Registration usually hits its maximum well before the event date.
