Beginning Thursday, March 12, 2020, through today, many planned activities and events have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are processing event cancellations as received, but this is a rapidly changing situation involving hundreds of small businesses. We ask everyone for their patience and understanding, and urge everyone to check in with businesses before visiting. Please continue to support your local community in any way that you can, whether that be takeout, gift certificates, online shopping, charitable donations, etc.

AVillage, The Radix Center, and Trinity Alliance are once again organizing our annual South End Earth Day (SEED)! Every year, we celebrate Earth Day by throwing an event to beautify our neighborhoods. Over 200 local residents and volunteers come together to help dig, plant trees & flowers in community gardens, clean up vacant lots, streets & sidewalks, and enjoy a wonderful meal & fun.

Residents and volunteers will also enjoy the musical talent of local artists Charles O'More and Denime, participate in a Zumba class led by Mama Zumba, join a drum circle led by Connie Parente, engage in fun and interactive kids activities like making slime and visiting the animals at Radix, free chair massages, nutrition programming from Cornell Cooperative Extension, tabling and giveaways from local organizations, and more!

We hope to see you there!
