As a consumer I have a strong opinion about what platforms of social media are better for businesses. Facebook and Twitter are best for communicating with customers. If a customer has a problem with a product or service, they will most likely complain about it on Facebook or Twitter. On Facebook customers can check in at restaurants or other businesses and give reviews. Other social media such as Instagram and Snap Chat are used to display what a company has to offer. Instagram is a great way for business owners to post pictures of their products, provide links to purchase items, and links to their website.
