Directions to the The Egg, located at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York.

Directions

From the North:
(Clifton Park, Saratoga, Glens Falls, Plattsburgh, etc.)

• I-87 South (The Northway) to Exit 7
• Merge onto NY-7 East toward Troy/Cohoes
• Merge onto I-787 South toward Albany
• Take Empire State Plaza Exit

From the South:
(NYC, Poughkeepsie, Hudson, Long Island, etc.)

• I-87N (NY State Thruway) north to Exit 23
• Merge onto I-787 North toward Downtown Albany/Rensselaer/Troy
• Take Empire State Plaza Exit

From the West:
(Schenectady, Amsterdam, Binghamton, Buffalo, etc.)

• I-90 East (NY State Thruway) to Exit 23 (Albany)
• Continue on I-90 until 787 South exit
• Take 787 South to Empire State Plaza exit

From the East:
(Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, etc.)

• I-90 West (Mass. Turnpike) to Exit B1 (Albany)
• Continue on I-90 West to I-787 South
• Merge onto I-787S toward Albany
• Take Empire State Plaza Exit

Once you take the Empire State Plaza exit, you'll enter a parking tunnel. For The Egg, park in the V-Lot (3rd parking area on the right).
