From the North:
(Clifton Park, Saratoga, Glens Falls, Plattsburgh, etc.)
- I-87 South (The Northway) to Exit 7
- Merge onto NY-7 East toward Troy/Cohoes
- Merge onto I-787 South toward Albany
- Exit 4B for Clinton Avenue
- Straight through traffic light
- Palace Theatre is on the right
From the South:
(NYC, Poughkeepsie, Hudson, Long Island, etc.)
- I-87N (NY State Thruway) north to Exit 23
- Merge onto I-787 North toward Downtown Albany/Rensselaer/Troy
- Take Exit 4 for US-9 N/US-20 W
- Keep right at the fork in the ramp
- Follow signs toward Clinton Ave
- Merge onto Clinton Avenue
- Straight through traffic light
- Palace Theatre is on the right
From the West:
(Schenectady, Amsterdam, Binghamton, Buffalo, etc.)
- I-90 East (NY State Thruway) to Exit 6 (Albany)
- Merge onto US-9 South (Henry Johnson Blvd) toward Arbor Hill
- Left at Clinton Ave
- Palace Theatre will be a few blocks down on the left
From the East:
(Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, etc.)
- I-90 West (Mass. Turnpike) to Exit B1 (Albany)
- Continue on I-90 West to I-787 South
- Merge onto I-787S toward Albany
- Exit 4B for Clinton Avenue
- Straight through traffic light
- Palace Theatre is on the right
Parking
The Palace Theatre does not offer on-site parking, so you'll have to find spots along nearby streets and parking lots in Albany. Quackenbush Square Garage is just one block from the Palace (Broadway and Orange Street) and costs $5.00 max for evening parking. Surrounding streets and free parking areas fill up very quickly, so make sure you show up early for your show if you want to find a spot near the Palace. You may have about a 5-minute walk from your parking spot to the theatre, depending on how early you arrive.
