Event Highlights:

LarkFEST Silent Disco -  Silent discos have become extremely popular at music festivals around the country. Participants wear a wireless headset that receives a broadcast from a local source; without the headset the music cannot be heard. Each headset is equipped with a switch that allows listeners to choose between two different stations.

The LarkFEST 2010 Silent Disco was a huge success and received rave reviews from festivalgoers. The LarkFEST 2011 Silent Disco will  be even bigger and better than last year! This year's Silent Disco features two DJs competing for listeners who will be wearing the headphones. Multiple DJs rotate throughout the day.

Kids Zone - Join the Lark Street BID, LITE POM, Radio Disney, WMHT, and WEXT 97.7 on Hudson Avenue between Lark and Dove Streets for music, fun and games, and special appearances by your favorite Disney and PBS characters!

Living Walls: Albany Project - Watch as artists transform Hudson Avenue between Lark and Willett Streets into an outdoor artist’s workspace. A multitude of artists will converge in the space to create a gigantic double-sided mural. Living Walls is a project designed to raise awareness about the use of public space in Albany.

Live Entertainment:

The Lark Street BID is excited to partner with WEXT 97.7FM, for the the second year in a row, to bring you a great line-up of regional and national talent for LarkFEST 2011. See below for a full list of bands performing.
