The "47th Annual Photography Regional" Exhibition will be held at Albany Center Gallery from Friday, September 4 through Saturday, October 31, 2026. The exhibition will simultaneously have both a Salon Show that will include all submissions as well as a Select Show that will be juried by Nick Argyros and Cindy Schultz.
An Artists’ Reception will be hosted on Friday, September 4, 2026 from 5 - 8 p.m., with an awards ceremony starting at 6:30 p.m.. $1,000+ in cash and prizes will be awarded to select works!
About the Photography Regional:
Since the late 1970s, the Annual Photography Regional has celebrated photographers from within a 125-mile radius of Albany, showcasing the diverse perspectives, stories, and creative approaches found throughout our region.
The Regional brings together emerging and established photographers and highlights photography as both an art form and a powerful way to document people, places, and moments in time.
Every three years, Albany Center Gallery presents the Regional as a salon-style exhibition, along with the SELECT exhibit, with select works recognized through juried awards and prizes.
