The fog rolls in off the Hudson, and downtown Troy transforms into something a little more otherworldly. Join Odd House and the Downtown Troy BID for a special Halloween edition of Troy Night Out, with local vendors, live music, a ghost tour, and spooky drag performances along the historic (and possibly haunted) streets of Lower River Street. Come in costume and see downtown Troy like never before!
What's in store:
- Costumes and cosplay
- Local vendors offering food, art, and services
- Two sets of spooky performances
First Set (5:30 PM): Spooky Cute Drag by Typhoid Mary and special guests, plus electronic pop from Architrave
Second Set (7 PM): Spooky Cute Drag by Typhoid Mary and special guests, plus an industrial and goth dance party with Hex Albany
Murder & Mayhem Walking Tour (6 to 7:30 PM): The Hart Cluett Museum is hosting a true-crime tour through the heart of downtown, exploring the darker chapters of Troy and Rensselaer County history. Expect unsolved mysteries, crimes, and scandal, much of it unfolding on the same streets you'll be walking.
