About this event
Albany Ukrainian Festival this Saturday September 19 at Polish Community Center 225 Washington Ave Ext. Albany NY. 12 pm to 6:00 pm. Dancing to a life band 6:00 to 10:00.
This is a great opportunity to learn about Ukrainian culture and enjoy Ukrainian food. We have three Ukrainian dance ensembles performing at the festival both as well as both local and guest musicians. National dress embroidery exibit was a big hit last year and we are expanding it this year. Lots of vendors with Ukrainian crafts.
Festival is organized by Capital District section of UCCA and 518Ukrainians and all proceeds go to humanitarian aid to Ukraine ( none of us get any paychecks).
