High Quality Productions & Programs

Playhouse Stage Company, formerly Park Playhouse, has been producing free, outdoor summer theater productions in Albany's Washington Park for over 30 years. New for 2019, they're also in residence at the Cohoes Music Hall, so you can catch some of their productions there as well. All Washington Park productions are free and open to the public for several nights during each summer season; affordable reserved and VIP seats are available as well.

In addition to musicals and plays, Playhouse Stage Company also offers a variety of programs and classes, including a summer arts education program that consists of a musical theater day camp. They take great pride in working with students to build important skills and gain confidence that they can take with them into adulthood.
