THE WORST billing office that exists. I and my insurance company spent six months calling and leaving messages once a week asking to be called back regarding a billing error they made. They never called back a single time after six months of calling and just kept sending threatening letters. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone, they acted like it was just business as usual and a normal thing to not call people back for months on end. Absurdly bad service. Avoid at all costs.
The worst. Uncaring staff. Incompetent billing. They have been charging and recharging me the same $100 for eight months.
