The owner is the rudest human I’ve ever come in contact with. He’s racist, rude and has poor customer service skills. He was very rude over an exchange, and when I told him how rude he was he said he “was fine with it”

I had bought a dress from track 23 and i didnt see that it had a stain on it until i got home i work 2 jobs so i had the dress for 4 days until i had time to bring the dress back to exchange it for the same dress the lady gave me a attitude from the beginning for no reason then said she willl exchange it to go get another one and i did so i couldn't find it went to the front desk again to tell them i couldnt find the dress and the older guy with the glasses was very rude and told me he couldn't exchange the dress because it smelled like cigarettes which i dont even smoke cigarettes and i never heard of that i only had the tags on the dress and i called the day before to make sure i can exchange it because someone had already worn the dress the way the handled the situation was very rude and unprofessional i wont ever go buy anything from them again! I rate them a zero no wonder they are always hiring they dont know how to treat people .

I bought a dress they wouldn't take it back mind u it had a tag on it i brought it back because it has a stain on it and. He said smells like a cigarette. Im only 20 amd
