I was a little bit behind on paying a bill from the previous year, and I called the owner and settled it. . I apologized to him for waiting so long, but he hadn't sent me a bill in awhile. I wrote him a check just before the recent snowstorm. He used to come over when I didn't need him to shovel, like when we had 3 inches of snow and could shovel myself. Even though I was disappointed with him, I asked him to come plow me out during this recent snowstorm, and not once did he come and not once did he call and explain why. I would never recommend Wells Landscape!
