About this event
The Showcase of Homes ticket gives you access to all of the homes for the two weekends – 4 days for an unlimited number of visits. The homes are open from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day of the event.
Over the past 29 years, this community event has contributed $1.8 million dollars to two local charities, Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.
The Saratoga Builders Association (SBA) is a specialized professional trade association representing an industry basic to the well-being and economy of the people of Saratoga County.

- Tickets are valid for all 4 days
- Homes are open 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Visit homes multiple times
- One FREE shoe bag tote per ticket. While supplies last.
Tickets are available online and in-person at the following locations: Adirondack Trust, Arrow Bank, Curtis Lumber, Roohan Realty, and participating Showcase Homes during the event.
