About this event

The Town and Village of Stillwater invite the community to celebrate, honor, and remember those who served at this year's Memorial Day events on Friday, May 22, 2026.

The festivities begin with a Memorial Day Ceremony at 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post 490, where attendees can find out who will be named the Grand Marshall and Poppy Queen.

Following the ceremony, the Memorial Day Parade will start at 6:00 PM near the north end of Towpath Road. The parade route will proceed through the Village and conclude back at the American Legion Post 490.
