MVP Health Care presents YogaPalooza 2023, the Capital Region's only FREE, streetwide mass yoga event, on Saturday, September 16 from 11:00 AM-Noon. Registration link coming soon: https://www.facebook.com/events/691596292800876/
Just before the PearlPalooza music festival, a team of instructors from The Hot Yoga Spot will lead this free 60-minute yoga class that is perfect for all levels.
Check-in takes place at 10:30 AM outside The Hollow Bar + Kitchen at 79 North Pearl St. Albany, NY.
YogaPalooza is presented by MVP Health Care, The Hot Yoga Spot, The Hollow Bar + Kitchen, WEQX, and the Downtown Albany BID.
