Shoppers at Crossgates have a new spot to browse charms and bracelets. Pandora has reopened in a newly remodeled store on the mall’s upper level, right next to H&M.
The relocation, announced October 20, 2026, gives the Guilderland store a refreshed look just ahead of the holiday shopping season.
A New Look for Pandora at Crossgates
Pandora calls itself the world’s largest jewelry brand, specializing in accessible luxury pieces designed for personalization. Shoppers can build a charm bracelet or pick out a gift that reflects a personal story or milestone.
“Pandora’s reinvestment brings a fresh look to the store,” said Leslie Mugrace, Marketing Director at Crossgates. She added that the update enhances the shopping experience for guests celebrating their stories through jewelry.
What You’ll Find Inside Pandora
Charms are the brand’s signature, letting shoppers start a bracelet or necklace and add pieces over time to mark milestones. The store also carries necklaces, bracelets, and rings in a variety of materials.
For extra sparkle, Pandora offers lab-grown diamond pieces set in 14 karat gold, white gold, and sterling silver. The diamonds are grown, cut, and polished with 100 percent renewable energy and set in recycled silver or gold.
