Scarlet Knife

Latham’s Scarlet Knife celebrates Valentine’s weekend with a specialized three-course prix fixe menu on Friday, February 13, and Saturday, February 14. Guests can select from a variety of small plates, such as jumbo lump crab cakes or baked fontina with walnut kale pesto, before moving on to premium entrees like Chilean sea bass with lobster risotto, braised short rib, or a 6oz Greater Omaha filet.

To round out the evening, the dessert selection features indulgent options like the Mt. Vesuvius pistachio lava cake and white chocolate cherry crème brûlée. The celebration also includes a themed cocktail menu and glass or bottle specials on Veuve Clicquot champagne.
