The Capital American Eatery & Lounge invites the public to the grand opening tonight, July 25 at 5 p.m. Enjoy the best of New York State food, spirits and baked goods!
Located on 55 North Pearl Street, the new Albany restaurant will emphasize the beauty of New York State with fish, chicken and beef entrees, perfect for late-night dining and lounging in the new renovated space.
Co-owner Chris Pratt (Pearl Street Pub) has hand selected every detail of the restaurant, from the hand-made chandelier to the black-and-white photographs of Downtown Albany.
“The Capital will become a location where mature adults can enjoy a high quality dinner or gather for drinks after shows,” said Pratt. “Our menu will feature entrees as well as lighter fare options.”
The grand opening celebration will feature a light fare menu with full menu debuting on Friday, July 26. The kitchen will be open from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
