Why can’t I give 0 stars? After a car accident, I brought my car into Goldstein’s as they were a preferred repair shop with Progressive. When the car was finished, I went there to pick it up. I was told that the car was finished. After only driving for a few mins, I noticed my turn signal was not functioning properly (which was the point of collision). Called the next day and was told to bring it back in. I finally had time and I brought it back and they stated it was probably just the bulb and changed it, keep in mind that the turn signal is a safety feature and is required by NYS law. I left as it was working temporarily. I returned and the service adviser changed the bulb but this time with a different model number. I was very nice and thankful still at this point. After the second bulb was put in, I shook the service advisers hand as he thought this was all resolved. I left and noticed it was still not functioning properly. Ok now I’m very upset. So now after the third time, they are checking and fixing it. By the way, it was a turn signal socket. If that was the point of contact with the accident, they should have known and fixed it before the third time. I asked for a refund and they said that they “would not refund anything”. Poor auto related service and poor customer service. Stay very far away from this place at all costs! Events
