Indifferent staff, poor facilities, fridge?, microwave?, forget it, they don't have the infrastructure to support those extravagant conveniences. For the luxury price, you can find more amenities elsewhere, at way lower prices. Security? Not while I watched drunken guests urinate in the parking lot. Attached restaurant? Sorry, we're out of supplies . . . hence we don't have what's advertised. Econolodge quality, resort prices. Best for cheap wine, free cake conventions.

I recently attended a wedding at The Saratoga Hilton and was highly impressed by the entire evening. From the elegant reception decor in the ballroom to the delicious choices of food provided, The Saratoga Hilton created a very classy yet intimate wedding reception.

I have been to this hotel twice, and it is very classy. When I walked into the hotel, I felt like I had just stepped into a palace. It has high ceilings, open spaces, tiled floors and really modern design elements. Everything was well kept and spotless. The room was nice and big with a large sitting area, soft bed and stylish bathroom. The meeting facilities were also very nice, and the staff was courteous. The Saratoga gets 5 stars from me!
