For over forty years, Parc V Restaurant Group has been on the corner of Old Wolf Rd and Albany Shaker Rd. Our latest venture, Blu Stone Bistro takes great pride in preparing everything fresh to order, using regional, sustainable and seasonal farm-to-table products. Items frequently chosen in our kitchen consist of locally grown produce whenever available: All Natural Beef, Organic Humane Free Range Chicken, Organic Cheeses and Pride of New York Products.

Food and bar: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Limited menu only)

The Blu Stone is an outstanding small restaraunt. The food and service is excellent, the menu choices creative and the prices reasonable. I particularly like the small plates and tasting menu items paired with salad and starter dishes. It makes for a meal with variety and the right amount of food,

As a business traveler and frequent diner I can honestly say that this place is a rare find.

I've been to the Blu Stone quite a few times and the food is excellent. My favorite is the Short Rib which is just amazing, very tender and melts in your mouth just the way you want it. Overall nice menu selection, I do enjoy the comfort foods. I like the fact that small plate items of some of the entrees are offered as well. Nice staff, great Chef and really a nice place to dine or hang out for drinks.
