Not a good experience. Sellers were shady, had bikes listed on facebook under personal names at higher prices than the bike shop. To avoid sales tax? Unknown. Not impressed

We love Matt and the bike shop crew! We purchased our Himiway Cruisers with the patient help from Matt. He assembled them perfectly and made adjustments with kind accommodations. Our first year with our e-bikes and love our rides! Thank you Freewheel 😊

Had a bike tire go flat and needed a repair urgently but do not have a vehicle or way to bring it into a shop so was looking for a service that would come to my house. Called Freewheel and after talking to them for 20 minutes finally got a time set up only to have the guy tell me it wasnt worth their time to come to my house to swap out a tire. Very disappointed.
